Last night Zayed University launched the UAE National Film Library and Archive AND celebrated the winners of ZUMEFF 2013.  We’ve got lots of pictures and details to share–coming soon. But we want to make sure you know this year’s winners:

 Best of the Best:  Studio Beirut
